The Company is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to serve as the strategic and operational leader responsible for the security of the organization, its customers, and development processes. The ideal candidate will have a background that includes experience at U.S. Cyber Command, NSA, or equivalent organizations. Key skills include the ability to communicate complex technical security concepts effectively, experience with detection and response frameworks, incident management, and threat intelligence, as well as a deep understanding of compliance regimes. The role requires exceptional flexibility, adaptability, and resilience, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, and a willingness to engage in frequent travel and industry forums.
