A well-established small accounting firm is looking for an experienced Tax Preparer & Accountant to join our team. If you have 5+ years of experience in tax preparation and accounting and enjoy working in a collaborative, client-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you!

### What You'll Do:
- Prepare individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns with accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize accounting software—Drake and QuickBooks experience preferred—to manage financial data and reports.
- Clearly explain complex tax and accounting concepts to clients, ensuring they feel informed and confident.
- Work closely with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

### What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in tax preparation and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial matters for clients.
- Proficiency in accounting software, with a preference for Drake and QuickBooks.
