Brief Description:
The role of the Administrative Assistant is essential for the successful operation of the Centro Latino Professional Certificates. This position provides administrative assistance and individualized attention to participants in the Centro Latino Professional Certificates by sharing knowledge, experience, and insights that are beneficial to participants as they evaluate and realize missional opportunities and professional goals.
T he ability to multi-task related to organization and communication, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver, and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
