Job Title: Administrative Executive Assistant
Location: North Park, San Diego, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Executive Assistant to support our client’s executive team at our North Park, San Diego office. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and the discretion to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

• Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

• Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and expense reports

• Assist with project coordination and meeting follow-ups

• Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical

• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

• Support general office operations and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or high-level administrative role

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently

• Professional demeanor and problem-solving mindset

Working Hours:

• Full-time

• Onsite

• Monday- Friday

• 8:00am – 5:00pm PST

Position Details:

• Location: North Park, San Diego

• Contract to hire role

• Compensation: $24.00- $32.00 per hour DOE
