One Step Forward is hiring ABA Therapists to provide in-home therapy to children with Autism during afternoon and evening hours. This is a great part-time opportunity for those with a background in ABA or behavioral health looking for flexible, meaningful work.

What You'll Do:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home or community
Implement behavior plans created by a supervising BCBA
Collect accurate session data and document progress
Work collaboratively with families to reinforce therapy strategies
What We're Looking For:
ABA therapy experience or behavioral health background
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Availability 2-4 afternoons per week
