Overview Anheuser-Busch - Supply Future Leaders Trainee Program, application via RippleMatch Role Summary Do you envision yourself leading operations at one of our breweries or within our technical teams (canning or lid facilities) in the future? This program fast-tracks the careers of future leaders, allowing recent graduates to gain exposure to a variety of roles and challenges in our Brewery and Technical Operations. You may be placed in one of our US Brewery or other Manufacturing Operations facilities for the duration of the program. The program includes robust training, leadership mentorship, and on-the-job learning during the first 13 months. Job Responsibilities Developing and leading front-line operational teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Lead with humility and drive top performance; bring your authentic self to work. As a front-line manager, lead diverse teams to drive performance through teamwork, empowerment, and leadership in a union environment. Ensure safety of yourself and others on the production floor in compliance with AB policies. Uphold quality standards for all products. Problem-solving for personnel and process-related issues; build relationships and rely on your team to understand the process. Use data analysis and lean manufacturing methods to improve processes and efficiency. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development; have tough conversations as needed. Lead the work area and communicate performance to senior leadership. Job Qualifications Current university student or recent graduate – Bachelor\'s Degree with a GPA of 3.0 or greater. Engineering or Science background preferred. Must be mobile and open to relocation across the U.S. Must have flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, & overtime in a 24/7/365 manufacturing environment. Ability to walk, stand for long periods, and work in all environmental conditions including extreme temperatures. Ability to leverage data and insights to provide effective solutions to complex problems. Demonstrated leadership in previous work or extracurricular activities. Self-motivated to drive results and deliver above and beyond expectations. Ability to collaborate, listen, seek diverse opinions, and foster an inclusive environment. Embraces ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced environment; able to manage multiple projects and teams and adapt to change. Notified that practical training positions typically do not offer visa sponsorship; sponsorship may remove candidates from selection.
