Assembler I MULTIPLE SHIFTS | 6a-2:30pm | 2p-10:30p | 10p - 6:30a Monday - Friday | 8 hour shifts Join Our Team as an Assembler I at Pure Fishing! Reel in your dream job and cast your skills into action-join the Pure Fishing team as our Assembler I and help us keep everything running smoothly, hook, line, and sinker!
What will you do? As a Manufacturing Assembler, you'll be the backbone of our production process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role keeps our operations moving, and you'll be an essential part of bringing our products to life.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Packaging finished goods and checking for quality.
- Palletizing products like a pro.
- Keeping quality control standards top-notch.
- Performing physical tasks like lifting, twisting, and reaching (up to 40 lbs.).
- Following our safety warm-up program to stay injury-free!

Your Work Environment: - Indoors, but sometimes exposed to heat, humidity, or cold.
- Occasional loud noise levels, so alertness around machinery is key.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required to keep you safe.
- Clean and organized spaces where teamwork thrives.
What You will Need to Succeed: - High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- A stellar record of attendance, safety, and performance.
- Basic math skills (we'll test them if needed!).
- Respect for others, openness to feedback, and a willingness to share ideas.
- 720 hours (about 4.5 weeks) of work experience for temporary personnel.
- Strong motor skills, organization, and a team-first mindset.
