Automated Health Systems has remote, full time bilingual call center positions available based out of our office in Tallahassee, FL.

Work from home roles available. All equipment provided.

Bilingual Spanish and Haitian Creole needed.

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting callers.

Qualifications for the position include:

  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.
  • Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service and/or call center environment required.
  • Associate degree in related field preferred.
  • Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish or Creole) strongly preferred.

 

Available shifts from 8am to 8pm, Monday through Friday. Training is paid.
