Up to $3,000 incentive for joining our company!

Our objective in the Spanish Department is to provide superb customer service to our policyholders and agents, build relationships and create positive interactions, most of the time in Spanish. Our Spanish speaking clientele continues to grow, now accounting for almost 30% of our Company's total in-force policies.

Responsibilities:

• Policyholder support
• Agent support
• Point-of-sale phone verifications
• Assist in the completion of telephone applications
• Process Service requests
• Assemble and mail policy documents
• Handle Spanish translations

We are looking for:

• Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both English and Spanish
• We expect our team members to be self-driven and motivated
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong work ethic
• Team player mentality
• Clear and professional communication (verbal and written) in both English and Spanish
