Job Description
Business administrative support needed for a position in-office at a boutique wealth management firm located in downtown Menlo Park. (Please note that this is for an office position, not for remote work.) The Ideal Candidate has financial securities industry experience, can work independently, is open to taking instructions and comfortable working in a small team environment. Work hours are part-time and needed approximately 12-15 hours per week, Monday thru Friday, with flexibility on the days worked or hours during the day worked, but generally needed between 11a-3p approximately. Any prior experience working within a boutique RIA or wealth management firm is ideal, and any FINRA licensing is considered valuable, and bonuses are offered. Compensation will be offered based on prior related experience and any FINRA licensed or SEC related work history. Potential Bonuses are offered based on performance. Bachelor’s degree minimum is required. Background and securities check will be performed, and a clean employment, FINRA and SEC record are required.
