Job Description
Gulf Coast Ear Nose and Throat Associates in Gulfport is looking for a front office employee to join our team. In addition to helping patients check in and out for appointments, this person will also be responsible for appointment scheduling, assisting patients with insurance questions, assisting with medical billing and assisting with other general tasks necessary to efficiently provide medical services to our patients. This is a very important position for our clinic. A person applying for this position must be polite, well-mannered, and professional, enjoy interacting with and helping patients, and must work well with other team members. Please do not apply to this position if you do not currently possess a minimum of one year experience in a medical office environment. Experience with medical billing is also a benefit, but not required. We strive to maintain a friendly work atmosphere to promote a desirable working environment, which ultimately helps us deliver the best service to our customers. We are offering a competitive hourly pay rate between $15-$16.50, medical insurance coverage, and retirement plan contributions, among other employment benefits.
