Job Summary:
Karl's Wunder Wash (formerly known as Brentwood Auto Wash) is a family owned company that thrives on customer service and offers best in class pay . Our team is known to be hard working, friendly, and knowledgeable. We are looking for a detailer to join our team with a base pay of $16/hour plus tips, averaging approximately $19.50 per hour and eligible for $1/hour pay raise after 90 days. This position is responsible for providing high-quality interior and exterior vehicle cleaning and detailing services to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, shampooing carpets, wiping surfaces, and cleaning windows
Clean and polish vehicle exteriors by hand or with appropriate tools/products
Apply waxes, polishes, and protective coatings as required
Inspect vehicles before and after service to ensure quality standards are met
Safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of detailing area and equipment
Provide professional and courteous service to all customers
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs. for extended periods
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Prior detailing or automotive cleaning experience preferred, but not required
