Lead with Vision

  • Develop and execute a global information and cybersecurity strategy that strengthens resilience and aligns with business growth.
  • Build governance frameworks that uphold NIST, ISO, GDPR, and leading privacy standards.
  • Drive security awareness initiatives that engage and inspire employees at every level.

Protect with Purpose

  • Oversee the design and operation of secure, scalable IT and OT infrastructure across data centers, cloud environments, and manufacturing sites.
  • Lead enterprise-wide security architecture, monitoring, and incident response.
  • Implement advanced technologies and best practices for threat detection, response, and risk mitigation.
  • Partner cross-functionally to embed security into everything from digital transformation to product innovation.

Respond with Excellence

  • Direct global threat and vulnerability management programs from detection to rapid containment and recovery.
  • Lead coordinated responses to incidents involving internal teams, external partners, and regulatory agencies.
  • Anticipate emerging threats, proactively strengthening defenses to prevent future risks.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of cybersecurity professionals.
  • Partner with senior executives to inform key decisions through clear, data-driven insights.
  • Represent the organization with external partners, industry councils, and audit committees.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

What Youll Bring

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in information security, IT infrastructure, or cyber risk leadership.
  • Proven success leading global cybersecurity programs in complex or manufacturing environments.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • Deep expertise across network, cloud, and endpoint security, identity & access management, and incident response.
  • Strong communication and executive presence capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
