compensation: $20-$23/hour + BENEFITS!!!
Work Monday through Thursday and have 3 Day Weekends (with the exception of 1 Friday per month = 4 hour team training)!!! It's the perfect work-life balance!

Job Description:
Patient scheduling & phone procedures
Recall missed appointments
Voicemail, Email & Mail handlings & routing
Process New Patient Paperwork & utilize electronic medical software
Gather & Verify Health Insurance benefits
Enter diagnosis codes & charges into software
Collect payments & copayments for products & services
Track patient care plans, audit patient accounts
Assist in facilitating fun & innovative promotional campaigns in office
Firm Ingredients: Attention to detail! Being a fun team player! Willing to help in any and every part of the practice! Have a strong desire to serve our patients & community. Goal oriented, can keep track of numbers/statistics.
Experience in: Reception, Secretary and/or Office Management is a MUST. Prior Chiropractic experience either as a patient or an employee is a BONUS! We are willing to further train the right person who is COMMITED to a career. We hire for PERSONALITY & PRECISION with DETAIL!
