We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Digital Dental Designer & Clinical/Technical Support Specialist. This hybrid role blends advanced CAD/CAM design capabilities with direct customer and clinical engagement. The Clinical Support Professional will provide the following functions for our Digital Dentures:
Main Tasks/Responsibilities/Authorities:• Serve as a primary point of contact for clinicians and laboratory partners, providing guidance on impression techniques, treatment protocols, and workflow optimization
• Review case notes, records, and scans to ensure successful outcomes
• Troubleshoot design and clinical challenges to minimize case rejections and delays
• Conduct virtual or in-person training for customers on digital denture workflows, implant hybrid design, and software use
• Create, review, and refine digital denture, hybrid, and implant bar designs using proprietary and industry CAD/CAM systems
• Ensure clinical accuracy and manufacturability in all designs, adhering to company standards and best practices
• Perform final digital QC checks, including fit, occlusion, and esthetics
• Support production workflows by preparing models, verifying implant/bar placement, and collaborating with manufacturing teams.
• Annual salary range: $70,000 – $80,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

• Certified Dental Technician (CDT) — removables/denture specialty
• Senior-level dental assistant with 10+ years supporting prosthodontists, oral surgeons, or complex restorative cases
• Prior experience with digital denture or hybrid implant workflows in a lab or manufacturing setting
• Prosthodontist or General Dentist with strong prosthetic experience
Function Requirements:
• Dental Laboratory Technology experience or equivalent knowledge (removables, hybrids, or fixed-detachable prosthetics)
• Proficiency with, or willingness to learn, implant bar design software (e.g., 3Shape, Exocad)
• Strong computer skills, including CAD/CAM and file management
• Working knowledge of implant systems for milled bar hybrids and fixed-detachable prosthetics
