Responsibilities:

• Work with sellers and strategize on project implementation after contracts are signed.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Requires construction industry experience, particularly in fence and gate installation, for ordering and handling materials.
• Manage materials requests, ordering, and work with yard lead to maintain inventory.
• Oversee the planning and scheduling of installation jobs.
• Utilize computer skills to work with CRM, Google Sheets, and other necessary software.
• Display excellent communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
• Collaborate with other sales and operational team members to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the construction, fencing, or gate installation industry is highly preferred.
• Proven project management experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
• Excellent vendor relationship management.

Skills:

• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish/Ukranian) are a plus for communicating with a diverse customer base
• Experience in outside sales or account management is beneficial
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus for managing customer information
• Project management and time management.

Compensation:

• Base salary depends on experience
• Uncapped commission
• KPI bonuses
