Job Summary

Preeminent is seeking a Security Compliance Manager to coordinate and oversee security operations at their assigned site(s). The candidate will be responsible for the coordination and completion of all contract administration, reports, work requirements, special orders, and other duties as required by the Government. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for implementing and enforcing compliance of security protocols and procedures. In addition, this role will lead and supervise a team of security personnel and be responsible for conducting regular site inspections to identify and address potential security risks.

Responsibilities

  • Train and mentor security staff on safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
  • Manage all Supervisors and Officers assigned to the contract.
  • Monitor security equipment and ensure it Is properly functioning.
  • Coordinate initial training and annual refresher training.
  • Investigate and report security incidents.
  • Prepare detailed incident reports.
  • Maintain effective communication with both security personnel and management.
  • Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with industry regulations, issue disciplinaries.
  • Create schedules based on seniority and performance.
  • Manage Overtime.
  • Conduct employee evaluations and performance reviews
  • Be available for consultation 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week
  • Efficiently learn PREEMINENTs software systems: specifically; Deputy, BambooHR, Connect Teams, Outlook, and MS Teams.

Qualifications

  • Must have an active SPO license.
  • Shall possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience in law enforcement, security, or a combination of experience with a minimum of two (2) years as a senior program manager.
  • Proven experience in a security supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of security operations and risk management.
  • Ability to efficiently manage emergency incidents.
  • Understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in using security equipment and technology.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • High school diploma: additional certifications in security management are a plus.
  • Flexible availability.
  • Must have a reliable personal vehicle.
