About the Role

The Concierge Practice Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day operations within a concierge-style medical practice. This role ensures an exceptional experience for both members and staff by maintaining high standards of hospitality, communication, and service. The manager supports team performance, fosters a positive culture, and ensures operational efficiency throughout the practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support front-office and clinical staff to maintain excellent service standards.
  • Oversee daily operational workflows, scheduling, and coordination across departments.
  • Manage onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members.
  • Monitor and analyze key operational metrics (retention, cancellations, efficiency, etc.).
  • Collaborate with leadership on performance feedback, training needs, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Address member concerns promptly and professionally to maintain trust and satisfaction.
  • Assist with event coordination, inventory needs, and special projects that enhance the member experience.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare, hospitality, or operations management.
  • Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead with empathy, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using modern digital tools and administrative systems.
  • Russian language proficiency required.
  • Must be able to commute to Brooklyn, NY.
