Job Description
Our Team Members are the face of our company and the first step in providing quality service and hospitality to our guests. To be successful in this role, Team Members must be able to smile, maintain eye contact, have a cheerful and positive attitude.
Job Duties:
• Smile, be friendly and have a positive attitude at all times.
• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite meals
• Prepare customers meals
• Partner with other Team Members and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Serve and Help others
• Ensure dining areas, kitchen and equipment are clean and tidy
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
Job Requirements:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Must be able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, team environment
• Must be at least 16 years of age & authorized to work in the US
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform the following motions: bending, squatting, twisting, pulling and reaching
Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
Ability to lift up to 20lbs
