Responsibilities Lead campaign planning and submit briefs for all digital marketing campaigns. Define and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to business goals including SEM, paid social, display advertising and affiliate marketing. Collaborate closely with our external agency and serve as the main point of contact. Ensure we are tracking performance, defining clear expectations for all initiatives, offering constructive feedback and driving continuous optimizations. Manage digital marketing budgets, forecast spend, track and input all invoices and ensure budgets are adhered to and consolidated each month. Analyze campaign performance and ensure ongoing optimization of digital channels to drive YoY growth. Own the digital marketing calendar that aligns with the overall marketing initiatives & supports business objectives. Partner with cross functional partners to align digital strategies with key products & priorities. A key focus of this role is the strategic integration of AI-powered tools to optimize marketing performance, improve targeting, automate workflows, and enhance customer engagement. Ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital touchpoints. Work independently and in collaboration with the broader Marketing team and business leads to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines, and evolving priorities. Traffic and approve all ads before they go live, ensure campaign deadlines are met and provide ongoing recaps for all campaigns and initiatives to key stakeholders. Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, including retail media networks, emerging platforms, automation tools, and consumer behaviors. Be aware of the interplay and relationship between owned and paid channels. Flexible for other duties as needed to help support the overall business. Qualifications 4-year degree with Marketing focus highly desired or equivalent experience Generally, 6+ years of e-commerce and digital marketing experience for an ecommerce business or agency Proven experience managing external agencies or vendor partners Technical proficiency in marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools & Analytics) Strong data-driven decision-making, with experience in testing, segmentation, and performance analysis Excellent at conveying strategy and results, managing agency relationships, and cross-functional teamwork Solid understanding of paid search, paid social, programmatic and affiliate channels Web analytics and reporting: ability to read and create reports Familiarity with web analytics terminology and its application; Adobe Analytics preferred Rate Range: $105,600 - 150,000 per year Mahalo (thank you) for your interest in Tommy Bahama!
