Director, Global Cyber Security job at Reyes Holdings. Rosemont, IL.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the global cybersecurity strategy in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and operation of cyber defense systems and processes.
• Lead the enforcement of security policies, oversee incident response, and ensure the organization is protected against cyber threats.
• Evaluate, select, and implement cybersecurity technologies that align with enterprise goals.
• Champion automation, AI/ML-based defense mechanisms, and zero-trust architecture.
• Ensure consistent cybersecurity engineering standards and practices across the Reyes Family of Businesses.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or related field with 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure (servers/workstations), networking, including security operations (implementing and operating cybersecurity tools and processes), and 6+ years of management experience, or a High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 13+ years of relevant experience and 7+ years of management experience in lieu of a bachelors degree.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Masters degree.
• Experience supporting a global IT security environment.
• Solid knowledge of ITIL practices and demonstrated experience increasing ITIL capability.
• Security Certifications including: CISSP-ISSMP, CSA, ECIH, CSIH, CEIM, AWS, Azure, CCSP.
