Job Description

My client, Avidian Wealth Solutions is a Houston-based, privately-owned Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) dedicated to delivering fiduciary, client-first wealth management. Our Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) division drives firm growth by recruiting top-tier financial advisors to join our mission of transforming lives through comprehensive financial planning in the Registered Investment Advisory space. We’re seeking a driven Advisor Recruitment Associate/ Engagement Associate - M&A to join our collaborative, high-energy team and play a pivotal role in expanding our advisor network.

What You’ll Do

As an Engagement Associate, you’ll partner with our M&A Business Development team to identify, engage, and onboard prospective financial advisors. Your primary focus will be generating interest through strategic outreach, managing a robust pipeline of candidates, and coordinating key touch points, including home office visits. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct high-volume outreach to connect with prospective advisors.
  • Secure qualified meetings per week for the Advisor Sales Team.
  • Coordinate schedules and logistics for home office tours, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Manage and update candidate pipelines using our CRM system.
  • Provide concise, written summaries of candidate interactions to support the sales team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the financial advisor landscape to field basic candidate questions confidently.

  • Proven Phone Sales Experience : Comfortable with cold calling and engaging high-net-worth professionals.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills : Clear, persuasive, and professional in verbal and written interactions.
  • Strong Organizational Skills : Adept at managing multiple priorities, calendars, and follow-ups.
  • Team-Oriented Mindset : Collaborative, positive, and committed to collective success.
  • Tech Savvy : Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Location & Hours

This role is based in our Houston, TX (City Centre) office with standard hours of 8 AM–5 PM, Monday through Friday. Some flexibility may be available based on performance and business needs.
