Position: Entry Level Communications Agent

Location: Columbus, OH

Job Summary:  
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the frontline representative for our organization, playing a key role in enhancing our communication with clients and stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in managing communications, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. 

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and communications.
• Respond to client requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
• Assist in the development of communication materials such as newsletters and announcements.
• Update and maintain client records and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Collaborate with team members to create and implement effective communication strategies.
• Gather feedback from clients to improve services and communication techniques.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with communication tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
