In this role, you will serve as the frontline representative for our organization, playing a key role in enhancing our communication with clients and stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in managing communications, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and communications.
- Respond to client requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Assist in the development of communication materials such as newsletters and announcements.
- Update and maintain client records and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Collaborate with team members to create and implement effective communication strategies.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve services and communication techniques.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with communication tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
