What You’ll Do:

As an Entry-Level Real Estate Agent, you will:

• Receive personalized training and mentorship from experienced industry professionals
• Learn how to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close transactions
• Help buyers and sellers navigate real estate deals with confidence
• Build your pipeline through proven prospecting methods
• Work on your schedule with both in-person and remote options
• Set income goals—and create the path to hit them with support and structure

Who We’re Looking For:

• Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agents (state license required or in progress)
• Self-starters who are eager to build a real estate business
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable with technology and online communication tools
• Strong desire to work independently while being part of a results-driven team

$102,500 - $187,500 yearly

• Serve as the first point of contact for buyer and seller leads
• Build rapport quickly through calls, texts, and email communication
• Understand client needs and connect them with the appropriate team member
• Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism in all interactions
• Provide regular updates and support throughout the buying or selling process
• Contribute to a smooth and positive client experience

• Real Estate License required or in progress
• Strong people skills and natural relationship-building ability
• High emotional intelligence and customer service orientation
• Excellent phone etiquette and email writing skills
• Commission-based opportunity with upside earning potential
