Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 + Bonuses (for Executive Chef)

About the Role:

As part of our leadership team, you’ll guide and inspire the kitchen staff, foster collaboration, and ensure every dish meets our high standards. From hiring and training to menu innovation, you’ll have a direct impact on crafting fresh, flavorful dishes that keep guests coming back.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing kitchen team.
• Ensure exceptional food preparation, presentation, and timeliness.
• Maintain a positive, feedback-driven kitchen culture.
• Create and refine innovative, exciting menu items.
• Support operational efficiency and meet financial goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• A minimum of 3+ years in an Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or similar role.
• Passion for mentorship and collaboration.
• Strong commitment to quality, creativity, and guest satisfaction.
