Role Description

This is an on-site role for an Experienced Massage Therapist at Universal Energy Wellness Spa, located in Plymouth, MI. The Massage Therapist will provide a range of massage services to clients, including therapeutic relaxation massage, dry brushing, hot stones, and specialized techniques that you being with your unique experience. Daily tasks include evaluating client needs, developing personalized treatment plans to promote relaxation and stress management, and maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace to ensure a comfortable client experience. Building positive client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service are central to the role. Some intake and checkout are required as hours can vary with front desk.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Therapeutic Massage
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to provide a welcoming and professional experience
• Peaceful demeanor
• Relevant certifications and/or licensure as a massage therapist
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide a client-centric approach
• Prior experience in a wellness or spa environment is preferred
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and calming work environment
