Compensation and Benefits:

Attractive total compensation package ranging from 200,000 to 220,000 plus guaranteed program incentives during first year of practice at NCHC
Comprehensive benefits package beginning day one, including
212 hours of PTO annually (prorated based on start date)
80 hours of sick leave annually (prorated)
With a HIPSA score of 19 you may qualify for three loan repayment programs

To become a part of our dedicated clinic team, you need the following qualifications:

MD or DO degree and completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
