F.I.T. Intern Web Engineer

NOTICE: For this role, we presently are seeking candidates who will not require Company visa sponsorship for the internship program, or for a potential follow-up offer of regular employment. About the Role:
•
Development experience in JavaScript, with an emphasis on reactive frameworks like REACT, Vue,
•
Working knowledge of web-app development using the most widely use design patterns.
•
Core web Development fundamentals - JS, ES6, HTML5, SASS/LESS, CSS3/Flexbox Grid, Unit testing frameworks, REST APIs, Nodejs.
•
Some knowledge of GraphQL and data presentation
•
Caching - Some experience working with caching frameworks such as Redis
•
Experience with API orchestration, and aggregation
•
Collaborate with product, architects, UI engineers and UX teams in building and delivering products.
•
Hands-on in implementing and testing specific modules/subsystem
•
Help with site performance tuning by improving core web vital scores.
•
Reduce Teach debt
•
Work on accessibility tickets
•
Work in an Agile SCRUM/Kanban environment
•
Work with APM (Application Performance Monitoring) tools like Noibu.
About You:
•
High school diploma or GED
•
Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, associate program
•
Expected Graduation date Spring 2027
•
Eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada (based on role location) and provide proof of work authorization (citizen or permanent resident)
•
Experience with apparel industry and product knowledge

Salary: $30/Hour for undergraduate and associate

Relocation: Travel and housing assistance will be provided if you need to relocate for the summer
