About The Role

We seek a dynamic General Manager (Security) to lead our operations in Minneapolis, MN. Your goal: optimize efficiency, drive profitability, and lead the team effectively.

Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000/year

Work Location: Minneapolis, MN

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: Oversee planning, business qualification, event review, and profitability. Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Strategy Development: Implement strategies to improve execution and add value cost-effectively.
  • Communication: Set goals, communicate with the team, and maintain records for reporting.
  • Contract Execution: Manage costs, labor, scheduling, invoicing, and collections.
  • Customer Engagement: Meet clients regularly to ensure needs are met and gather feedback.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor staff, plan work, recruit, and train.
  • Travel: Up to 25% travel required.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as needed.

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear; occasional physical tasks and outdoor work; lift up to 25 pounds; specific vision abilities required.
