Job Summary Sol Lumina is seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, ensure outstanding guest satisfaction, and drive business success. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and maintain the highest standards of hospitality. Manage budgets, financial planning, and revenue optimization to achieve business goals. Supervise, train, and motivate staff to ensure a high-performing team that delivers exceptional service. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements in all hotel operations. Implement and monitor operational procedures to maximize efficiency and quality. Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and effective resolution strategies. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive occupancy rates and enhance brand presence. Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and key stakeholders. Continuously analyze market trends and competitors to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, revenue management, and cost control. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of hospitality software and property management systems. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
