As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you’ll provide expert guidance, present customized HVAC solutions, and ensure each homeowner receives the highest level of service. This role includes on-the-job training, shadowing, and continuous learning while following workplace procedures and safety guidelines. Build trust and strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process. Manage multiple sales opportunities while maintaining profit margins. Overcome objections and close sales with professionalism and integrity. Use company-provided tools (iPad, CRM, etc.) to document and manage sales activity. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintain a clean, professional image and a positive attitude on every job.
