WeEvolve is seeking HYBRID Board Certified Behavior Analyst's (BCBAs) to service active cases ready to start with well-trained RBTs part remote and part in person in the cities of Boca, Lake Worth, Boynton Beach, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter. Full time or part time. You pick when and where you'd like to work!

~ Your Role ~

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients with developmental disabilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on assessment results
• Provide behavioral therapy and interventions to patients to address behavioral challenges
• Collect and analyze data on patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment
• Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals involved in the patient's care

~ Qualifications ~

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• BACB 8 Hour Supervision Training
• Master's Degree in Psychology, Education or Applied Behavior Analysis
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Drivers License
• Reliable transportation
• Pass Level 2 Background Check
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus*
• Medicaid Credentialed is a plus*
