Intern must be available to work full time (40 hours/week) during the 10-week program + Program Dates: May 29 August 7, 2026. Location: This position is fully remote / work from home in the continental US. Work Authorization: US Work Authorization required for this role. Program eligibility is contingent on the candidate's commitment to the entire 10-week program. No exceptions will be made.
This intern will be aligned to our Enterprise Operation organization and will work with our Carrier Relations team to support testing and functionality validation efforts for AI-driven products. This role offers hands-on experience in evaluating intelligent systems, ensuring they meet performance standards and deliver reliable outcomes. Additionally, assist with the creation of Power BI and Excel reports and presentations that support team operations and strategic initiatives.
Execute test cases to validate AI product functionality, accuracy, and user experience.
Analyze outputs from machine learning models and flag anomalies or inconsistencies.
Document test results, report bugs, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
Assist in refining test plans and updating validation criteria based on product features.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to product quality discussions.
Compile data and insights from various sources to build weekly and monthly reports.
Design and format presentations for internal meetings
Use Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze data, including charts and pivot tables.
Use Microsoft PowerPoint to create visually engaging slides.
Use Microsoft Word to draft summaries, documentation, and formal reports.
Collaborate with team members to gather input and ensure accuracy of content.
Maintain version control and consistency across reporting materials.
Required Qualifications:
Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior level education status at the start of the internship.
Graduating August 2026 May 2028.
Preferred fields include but not limited to: Business, Finance, Mathematics.
Proficiency and understanding of:
MS Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Familiarity with formatting, templates, and visual design principles.
Experience with data visualization tools or techniques is a plus.
Experience in an engineering role that included a substantial business/financial focus (preferred).
Internship compensation ranges depend on each individual's level of education, geographic location, and experience/qualifications aligned to the role. Hourly Based Pay Range: Min: $26/hour Max: $38/hour.
