Leading Medical group looking to hire a full time or part time Internal Medicine Physician - Outpatient in the Baltimore, MD area!

We are looking for a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join our outpatient clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient medicine and a strong commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities of the position include:

• Evaluating and treating patients with a variety of medical conditions
• Developing and implementing treatment plans
• Providing patient education and counseling
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals
• Shared call in a rotation of 1:5 for weekend coverage, phone only
• Weekday shifts are 8 hours with 7 clinical and 1 admin scheduled

Qualifications for the position include:

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Internal Medicine
• Strong clinical skills and judgment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:

• Base salary plus uncapped RVU Bonus plus KPI bonus every six months
• Sign on bonus
• Full comprehensive benefits package including retirement
