Job Duties:
- Contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities
- Cultivate relationships with active and passive candidates, building a strong network for future jobs
- Present our program internationally to Registered Nurses by phone and video
- Develop a growing pipeline of talent by utilizing a wide variety of recruiting sources effectively
