*This will be a joint role with time split across functions at GoodGame Advisors and Griffin Gaming Partners

CONTEXT

GoodGame Advisors LLC is a boutique advisory firm centered on providing trusted advice, leveraging deep vertical experience. GoodGame Advisors’ Founder, Nick Tuosto, is also a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Griffin Gaming Partners, one of the world’s leading venture capital firms focused exclusively on Gaming, with over $1.2 billion in assets under management and 80 portfolio companies. GoodGame Advisors is a strategic partner to Griffin. The partnership will utilize GoodGame Advisors’ financial and strategic advisory expertise and Griffin’s data-driven venture insights to provide nuanced advice to select clients of GoodGame Advisors and investors and portfolio companies of Griffin. At GoodGame Advisors, our team has advised on more than 30 transactions in the Interactive Entertainment industry specifically, accounting for more than $30 billion in transaction value, with clients ranging from emerging companies to well-established industry leaders

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performing financial valuations utilizing DCF, precedent transactions, public comparables, LBO, and other valuation methodologies
• Creating industry-themed and company-specific presentation materials including strategic analysis
• Managing junior team to execute on client deliverables in a thoughtful, timely, and organized manner
• Supporting and significantly contributing to the deal team throughout execution of transactions
• Analyzing detailed corporate and financial information
• Assisting facilitation of due diligence and dataroom management
• Processing and evaluating company data through a strategic lens
• Maintaining and sharing knowledge on industry and macro trends that could affect our client universe

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates should have at least 3 years of full-time experience and a strong academic background, including:

• At least 3 years of experience at a top-tier investment bank
• Experience in working on transaction from initial pitch to closing
• Passion for the Gaming industry with a desire to continually learn throughout execution of day-to-day operations
• Undergraduate degree in finance or other relevant discipline depending on prior work experience, with a track record of academic success
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with an interest in identifying trends within large data sets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Entrepreneurial and resourceful attitude, with outstanding work ethic
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Salary Range: $175k-$200k + Bonus
