Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Torrance, CA, (Hybrid)

Duration: Open-ended contingent position

We’re seeking a full-time Business Analyst to support our Business Operations Services (BOS) team. This role involves:

• Operational support for Regional Offices/Centers
• Production system coordination, testing, and analysis
• Process improvement initiatives across the department

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferably in financial services)
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience working in team environments and interfacing with all levels of management

• Strong time management and deadline-driven
• Excellent communicator (responsive via chat/email, proactive feedback)
• Critical thinker and problem solver with a customer-focused mindset
• Familiarity with financial services, lending systems, and automotive leasing is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requests related to origination, lending, payments, collections, and call center operations
• Draft business requirements and documentation
• ead and support small to medium projects
• Map and improve business processes
• Analyze and update reportsFacilitate and document meetings
• Perform data entry, validation, and analysis
• Investigate and resolve production issues with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate on process updates and assess downstream impacts
