Job Title: Landscape Architect/Designer/Project Manager

With a team of 10 professionals, we specialize in luxury residential and community-focused projects. Approximately 60% of our work is high-end residential estates, while 40% includes community clubhouses and amenity spaces.

We are looking for a Project Manager – Landscape Architect to join our team in Naples, FL. This role has been created due to two team members relocating out of state.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage landscape architecture projects from concept through construction administration.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality, innovative design solutions.
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and client expectations.
• Mentor and collaborate with junior designers to support their professional growth.
• Oversee project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and construction details.
• Uphold the company's commitment to excellence, client care, and collaboration throughout every phase of design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Professional licensure preferred (Florida or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in landscape architecture with project management responsibilities.
• Strong design portfolio with experience in high-end residential and/or community-focused projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office; Revit or Lumion a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
