Job Description

Small law firm seeks to hire an experienced Legal Assistant. The position will be located initially in Olivette. They will move to St. Charles in January. The job will then become hybrid.

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth running of the office and effective case management by providing legal services under the supervision of an attorney. This individual will communicate frequently with the clients in order to serve them adequately. Additionally, this candidate will conduct necessary case research to aid the legal proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to lawyer
• Handle communication with clients
• Locate and develop case relevant information

Qualifications

• Experience in Collections, Litigation and Family Law
• Experience in legal assistance
• Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protect
