We are currently seeking Licensed ACA Health Insurance Agents to support our client during Open Enrollment season and beyond. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated, licensed professionals to join a respected team in a structured, Monday–Friday schedule — with the potential to transition from 1099 to W2 status based on performance.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About Our Client
Our client is a well-established insurance provider specializing in Affordable Care Act (ACA) health plans. With a focus on high-quality service and compliance, they are known for their supportive environment, streamlined training, and strong potential for long-term growth. The company is preparing for a high-volume enrollment season and is looking for licensed agents ready to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in selecting appropriate ACA-compliant health plans
• Use FFM platform to complete enrollments accurately and efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ACA regulations and plan details
• Deliver excellent customer service and support throughout the enrollment process
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure compliance and documentation standards
Requirements:
• Active Health Insurance License
• Valid 2026 FFM certification
• Ability to start the next business day after hire
• Must complete in-office onboarding on first day
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Previous experience with ACA enrollments is preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation & Growth:
• $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)
• 1099 contractor status during Open Enrollment
• Strong potential to convert to W2 after OE based on performance
• Commission opportunities may be discussed during interview
• Consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule – no weekends
