Job Function:

• Day Shift.

  \n
\n

• 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

  \n
\n

• Coordinate and oversee healthcare services for assigned programs as part of an interdisciplinary team.

  \n
\n

• Arrange medical referrals and follow up on ongoing health concerns for individuals served.

  \n
\n

• Provide staff training on medical administration, infection control, and personal care procedures.

  \n
\n

• Maintain accurate medical documentation and supervise medication administration and storage.

  \n
\n

• Respond to health emergencies, administer first aid, and ensure compliance with infection control protocols.

  \n
\n

Job Requirements:

\n

• 2 years of nursing experience.
\n

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.

  \n
\n

• Valid RN license in New York State.

  \n
\n

• Experience working with OPWDD populations preferred.

  \n
\n
