Are you ready to turn your machining skills into a long-term career opportunity? We’re looking for a detail-driven CNC Machinist to join our high-performance team. This full-time, temp-to-hire position offers a path to permanent employment with a company that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machinery including 3- to 5-axis machining centers, gantry, and double column machines.
Set up, drill, tap, and mill components to meet precise specifications.
Perform part inspections using precision measuring tools (calipers, indicators, etc.).
Read and interpret technical blueprints and GD&T requirements.
Deburr and prep parts for final delivery.
Accurately clock in/out of daily work orders and maintain production timelines.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience operating CNC machinery or manual milling machines.
Solid understanding of G-code, M-code , and machine tooling.
Familiarity with Fanuc, Okuma OSP, and/or Siemens controls is a strong plus.
Proficiency with metric measurements and precision instruments.
Ability to read blueprints and work with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude .
