Job Type : Full Time Location : Aberdeen, South Dakota Pay : Competitive Pay & Benefits! Job Description What you will be doing:

• Set up and operate inserting equipment to meet daily production goals
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Pull, stage, and manage job materials and inventory
• Pack finished materials in sequential order, ready for shipping
• Label and prepare completed jobs for shipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on inserting equipment
• Accurately complete operator and job logs
• Follow start-up, shutdown, and clean-up procedures diligently
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet company objectives

Experience you will need:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to accurately read a ruler
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow detailed directions precisely
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required
• Material handling experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience with inserting equipment is a plus but not required
