Shift: Full time - Mixed (M-F; 11:00pm - 7:30am)

Location: Medical City Heart and Spine Hospital

Job Summary and Qualifications

Performs general maintenance and light repairs on building systems including plumbing, medical gas, doors and hardware, electrical, nurse call and HVAC systems.

Operates building automation systems.

Responds to building system casualties and fire alarms and takes immediate action to restore services.

Installs and/or changes out appliances and wall hangings.

Performs scheduled preventative maintenance for building systems.

Additional duties may include repairs of wall, wall covering and other furnishings.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• High School / GED or technical training is preferred
• Five years experience in commercial building maintenance including mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, building automation, etc.
• Experience in Healthcare setting is preferred

It provides spine care for common spine disorders. Spine care is also provided for rare, hard-to-treat spinal deformities. Those include adult and pediatric scoliosis and spondylolistheses. We offer complex spine surgery and minimally invasive surgical options.
