Job Overview

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll perform a wide variety of general, mechanical, and preventative maintenance tasks. You'll help inspect, repair, and maintain equipment and physical facilities throughout our hospital.

Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday
On-call rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs on equipment, systems, and facilities
  
• Troubleshoot minor electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues
  
• Conduct regular inspections to catch and prevent equipment failures
  
• Assist with furniture assembly, equipment moves, and general upkeep
  
• Support other maintenance projects and staff as needed
  
• Help ensure safety and compliance with local codes and hospital policies
  
• Maintain logs and records of work completed
  

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
  
• Some experience with general maintenance, repairs, or similar work preferred
  
• Comfortable using hand tools and reading basic schematics
  
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude
  
• Willingness to learn and grow

Licenses & Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured
• Must be able to lift and carry equipment
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation
• EMT Certification or willingness to become a certified EMT is preferred
