Job Summary and Qualifications

Maintains buildings by performing such tasks as painting, changing ceiling tiles, replacing light bulbs, changing A/C filters, repair floors

Performs preventive maintenance in accordance with schedule and need.

Performs other repairs or requests such as, but not limited to, plumbing, moving furniture, replacing windows, and repairing locks

Ensures quality in all completed jobs.

Services other equipment in the hospital such as ice machines, freezers, or refrigerators

Services HVAC equipment as requested or required

Adheres to hospital polices and procedures

Demonstrates an understanding of and adherence to the Code of Conduct

Conduct reflects the Companys values and a commitment to the Code of Conduct

Performs other duties as requested or required
