Job Title: Marketing Manager Location: San Antonio, TX 78288 Duration: 6+ months On Site Work Job ref# 241778 Job Description/Tasks/Skills/Experience/Tools: - Develops and oversees overall project management of multiple, complex marketing campaigns and plans.
- Effectively directs Agency/Partners to ensure alignment with goals and prioritization.
- Coordinates and gains alignment with peers, enterprise partners and senior management.
- Responsible for communication of program, project and /or campaign through various reports/tool as required.
- Serves as a primary resource to team members on escalated matters of an unusual nature.
- Applies advanced knowledge of marketing principles.
- Applies an advanced understanding of resource tools to assess performance against marketing objectives.
- Begins to identify opportunities for review.
- Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Minimum Experience: - 6 or more years of experience in a marketing, sales, advertising and/or communications function, to include at least 3 years experience in one or more of the following areas: direct response, sponsorships/events marketing, advertising, sales, digital or overall campaign management.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing industry and practices.
- Experience influencing business decisions, facilitating and/or participating in cross-functional teams, motivating and collaborating with key stakeholders, and implementing change management.
Job Description: - Leads the creation, facilitation and / or execution of complex marketing campaigns across multiple channels including - not limited to - media, direct, sponsorships and digital.
- Responsible for one or more of the following areas: creating, managing and/or executing campaigns; and/or managing budgets.
- Collaborates and develops partnerships with various internal and external resources to develop and deliver marketing communications for one or more of the following: go-to-market plans, integrated tactical plans, project plans, milestone schedules, and/or creative strategy.
