Role: Maximo Developer

Location: Plano, TX

Long Term Contract

• We are looking for a Maximo Developer with 5+ years of experience in supporting and developing IBM Maximo 7.6 environments.
• This role involves hands-on production support, monitoring, deployment, and participation in Maximo upgrades or migration to MAS (Maximo Application Suite) .

Required Skills:

· Maximo 7.6 – Hands-on development & support

· Database Knowledge – Oracle DB and/or DB2

· Monitoring & Troubleshooting (DataDog, Cron Jobs, Server Restarts)

· Production Support & Deployments

· Migration from Maximo 7.6 to MAS (Maximo Application Suite) – Nice to Have

· IBM Tririga / HxGN EAM / Estimation – Good to have

Mandatory Skills:

• Maximo Technical (7.6)
• Cron job troubleshooting
• Oracle DB / DB2 experience
• Monitoring tools (DataDog or similar)

Good to Have:

• MAS 8.x/9.x (Maximo Application Suite)
• IBM Tririga , HxGN EAM
• Estimation and documentation skills

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Monitor Maximo alerts via DataDog and act on incidents or performance issues.
• Perform server restarts and manage routine system health checks.
• Validate and troubleshoot cron jobs to ensure scheduled tasks are running properly.
• Support production deployments , assist in post-deployment testing and monitoring.
• Assist in migration projects from Maximo 7.6 to MAS.
• Collaborate with DBA teams on Oracle and DB2 database-related issues.
• Work with business and functional teams to analyze and resolve Maximo-related bugs.
