With that in mind, we build our internships around each individuals strengths, abilities, and interests.

Your internship here will be a unique experience for learning and growing. Heres what you can expect:

* High-quality training. Interns at Stephen Ministries receive the same foundational training as all our employees, ensuring that youll be well equipped to handle essential tasks.
* Personalized mentorship. Every intern is assigned a mentor from our Pastoral, Program, or Executive Staff. This staff member will work with you closely to connect your interests, skills, and desired areas of growth to organizational needs.
* Engaging, meaningful work. Throughout your internship, you take on key tasks that actively contribute to the organizations mission. Interns may interact with customers, contribute to writing and publicity projects, support the accounting department, assist with IT needs, work in operations and logistics, and more.
* A caring, supportive workplace. Maintaining a positive work environment is one of Stephen Ministries core values. Our interns are valued members of our team, and our entire staff is committed to ensuring that you have a great experience here.

*Becoming an Intern at Stephen Ministries*

We are looking for interns who are bright, hardworking, willing to try out a variety of tasks, and interested in Stephen Ministries distinctively Christian mission and ministry.

The Stephen Ministries internship is available to college students who have completed at least one year of undergraduate studies. We accept students from any major.

The internship is located at the Stephen Ministries Center in St. Louis, Missouri. We are unable to accommodate requests for remote work. Housing is not provided.

Generally, the internship takes place during the summer, but some students have interned at other times of year that best fit their schedule. If you would like to intern at a time other than the summer, please include details about your desired schedule in your cover letter.

This is a paid internship.
