About Unify
Unify was founded January 17th, 2023 by Austin Hughes and Connor Heggie. Prior to Unify, Austin led Ramps growth product team focused on new customer acquisition, and Connor was a machine learning research engineer at Scale AI. The rest of our team comes from companies like Airbnb, Spotify, Bridgewater and Retool.
Our mission is to build the first system-of-action for go-to-market teams, starting with an end-to-end platform powering warm outbound. Today, outbound sales is dominated by cold, mass outreach that floods people's inboxes and converts at a tiny rate. Were building a platform to power warm outbound, helping go-to-market teams reach the right people at exactly the right time using cutting-edge AI.

About the Role
Were looking for ambitious new grads to join our engineering team full-time. Youll work closely with our founders and senior engineers to ship features, build new products from scratch, and make key contributions to both the product and engineering foundation. This is a hands-on role with real scopeyou wont be off to the side doing internal tooling. You'll be building what customers use every day.
What Youll Do
Ship production-grade features end-to-end across our stackfrom backend services to frontend UI
Help bring new products from zero to one using technologies like LLMs, React, Vercel, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and Temporal
Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teammates to shape the roadmap and make Unify a delight to use
Move quickly, learn constantly, and take ownership of real product impact from day one
Who You Are
Youre a recent CS graduate or completing your degree in 2025, with strong fundamentals and real-world coding experience (internships, side projects, or open source)
Youve built full-stack projects beforefrontend (React/TypeScript) or backend (Node/TypeScript) experience is a plus
Youre curious, hungry to learn, and excited about the pace and scope of early-stage startups
You care about building great products and working with others who do the same

This is a full-time salaried position with a competitive equity package and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). The role is onsite in either San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY working closely with a tight-knit team in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.
